Shipping process

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Delivery pricing: Add delivery during checkout to see exact pricing for your address and items. Delivery rates start around $50 and vary by location and what you order.

Order processing

- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit time: typically 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri)

1. In-store pickup
If you select in-store pickup, your items will be ready at our Tarzana warehouse within about 1–4 days of purchase. We receive shipments every Tuesday and Friday — as long as the items are available, they will be ready on the following shipment day.

2. Local delivery
Add delivery during checkout for exact pricing. After you place your order, a representative will typically call within 24 hours (allow extra time for weekend orders) to confirm your delivery day. Setup is available if needed: $30 per hour (most single-item setups finish in about an hour; not all items require setup).
