1. If you select the “In Store Pickup” your items will be ready for pickup in our Tarzana warehouse within 1-4 days of purchase. We receive our shipments every Tuesday and Friday so as long as the items that you are purchasing are in stock they will be ready on that following shipment day.
2. Your second option is to select “Local delivery pay on receipt”. When choosing this option, you are scheduling our at home delivery service to come to you at the soonest available delivery day. After completing your order online, a representative will call you within 24 hours of your order(allow extra time if order is placed late Saturday or early Sunday) to schedule your delivery for you. All deliveries are paid (COD) cash on delivery. Price for delivery is determined by 2 factors, how much you are ordering and what city your delivery address is in. Since our goal is always to provide our customers with the lowest possible pricing in Southern California, we offer extremely affordable rates for delivery and/ or setup options if needed.
Setup Fee: $30 per hour – (A large majority of single item purchases can be setup within 1 hour) Note: not all items require setup
